Sam Gregory is the dynamic owner and project manager of Ivory Ridge, a premier custom construction firm renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions. With years of hands-on experience in a diverse range of high-level custom projects, Sam excels in assessing project feasibility, overseeing every detail of construction, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Aaron Frank, Superintendent
Aaron Frank is the Superintendent and Project Manager at Ivory Ridge, bringing a lifetime of experience and passion to every project. Growing up in Colorado, Aaron was immersed in the family construction business from an early age, which cultivated his deep knowledge of the industry. His background as an estimator and his meticulous eye for detail ensure that every project is executed with precision and excellence.
Known for his hands-on field knowledge and commitment to quality, Aaron seamlessly manages complex projects while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Outside of work, Aaron is married and enjoys spending time with his son, who shares his love for baseball.
